Turn On Call Forwarding Off Premise

Use Off premise Call Forwarding to forward your calls to an off site location. Stay in touch when you’re away from the office by forwarding to your cellular phone, home office, hotel or meeting room.

  1. Press [CALL 1] plus * 4 OR Press pre-programmed call forward function key
  2. Dial 6 plus dial line access code (Typically the number 9)
  3. Dial the outside number to which your calls should be forwarded.
  4. Press [HOLD]
  5. Press [SPK] to hang up. (Your DND or Call Forwarding Programmable Function Key flashes).

Turn Off Call Forwarding Off Premise

  1. Press [CALL 1] plus * 4 OR Press pre-programmed call forward function key
  2. Dial 6 plus [HOLD]
  3. Press [SPK] to hang up. (Your DND or Call Forwarding Programmable Function key stop flashing)

NOTE: This feature is not a system default. Off premise call forwarding for each phone needs to be authorized by your System Administrator and pre-programmed by a technician. You will hear three beeps or a fast busy sound on step 2 if your phone is not programmed for off premise call forwarding. See your system administrator for authorization for CTI to program as needed.
