SV8100 Programming Extension Name

To program your extension's name:

  1. Press the SPK key.
  2. Dial 700.
  3. Enter the extension to be named.
  4. Enter the name following the naming chart below.
    • The name can be up to a maximum of 12 characters.
    • You may also use this procedure to program Personal Abbreviated Dial names and Display Messages.
  5. Press Hold
  6. Press SPK to hang Up.

Naming Chart

When entering names, use dial pad keys to enter letters. For example, press the digit 2 key once for A, twice for B, three times for C, etc.

# = Accepts an entry (only required if two letters on the same key are needed - ex: MON).

  • Pressing # twice adds a space.
  • CONF (key or softkey) to delete the last character.
